DG Consulting was founded in February 2024 — not by someone who only knows software, but by someone who has operated inside the industries DGC serves. The experience behind the company spans corporate executive leadership in the restaurant industry, licensed real estate in Tennessee, and three years consulting at Deloitte, one of the Big 4 professional services firms in the United States.
That background means when DGC evaluates your business, we are not guessing at how operations work, how deals close, or what it takes to manage a team and grow revenue under pressure. We have held those roles and navigated those problems firsthand.
The mission is direct: take the strategic rigor and technology capability that large enterprises have access to, and deliver it to small and mid-size businesses at a price and pace that actually fits how they operate.

Corporate Executive — Restaurant Industry
Held executive leadership over restaurant operations, directing strategy, managing teams, and building the operational discipline that now drives how DGC executes for clients.
Licensed Real Estate Agent — Tennessee
Served as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies — navigating high-stakes transactions that demanded precision, multi-party coordination, and earned trust at every step.
Consultant — Deloitte
Spent three years at Deloitte — one of the Big 4 professional services firms in the U.S. — working directly with clients on business and technology strategy. Built a foundation in structured problem-solving, process analysis, and enterprise-scale thinking.
Founded DG Consulting
Left Deloitte in April 2024 to run DGC full-time. Founded on the belief that the same quality of strategic thinking and technology execution available to large enterprises belongs in the hands of the small and mid-size businesses that need it most.
